Event Highlights:

• Celebrated Danube Day at Gyerek Sziget – a beloved family festival!
• Had the chance to try several fun activities, including fish stocking, sandbag dam building, and nature-themed games
• Children received a personalized “Danube Passport” to collect stamps at activity stations
• Fun rewards were given for participation and learning
• A full day of play and discovery for all ages
• Raised awareness of the Danube’s wildlife and the importance of water protection in a fun, interactive way

It was a day filled with education, adventure, and creativity where children and families connected with the Danube and learned how to protect it for future generations.
